Welcome to our Toddler Room!
Welcome to Brookside’s Toddler classroom. All of Brookside’s classrooms are set-up into learning centers that are age appropriate for each age group promoting early childhood development. In our Toddler classroom, we’ve created a toddler learning program that builds their characters with our stimulating programs. Our little adventurers will be able to explore their new environment that is enriched in toddler learning materials that include a Reading Center, Block Center, Dramatic Play Area, Music, and Movement Center, Science and Math Center as well as a Gross Motor Climber.

Lead Toddler Teacher & Assistant Director
Hi, I’m Miss Sam. I have my Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education along with my Directors Certification. I have been working in childcare for over 10 years. My experience has primarily been with toddlers but I have worked with all ages.
Working at Brookside Children’s Early Education Center in the Toddler Room has truly given me a deeper lover for children. It is a family environment that makes me feel welcome every time I walk in the door. I also love working for BCEEC because I get to watch the children develop. Teaching the children and preparing them for life also gives me joy in working at BCEEC.
I am also the Assistant Director of BCEEC! This has been a wonderful opportunity for me! I enjoy helping to keep the center organized and running for all the families and staff.
I believe my passion for children has come from the love of my 2nd grade teacher and also my large family. I have 4 older sisters, I nephew and 3 nieces. I have no children of my own except for my horse, Cinnamon! Cinnamon is my pride and joy in life and I have been with him since he was born. I enjoy taking care of him and riding him for pleasure! Besides spending time with Cinnamon, I like spending time outdoors and watching movies. I plan on sky diving, bungee jumping and traveling across seas in some of my outdoor adventures.
Assistant Toddler Teacher
Hi, my name is Sana A. Bitar. I am an assistant teacher in the Toddler classroom. My husband and I are both from fairly large families with a strong Christian background. We have two children, Amy 18 years old, Mark 14 years old. I started my career at Vista College, Berkley, California in the San Francisco Bay area.
While going to college, I worked as a babysitter for one of our next door neighbors. Later on I got a job at a family childcare called “Peace of Mind.” It was good to be able to utilize what I have learned in the classroom at my place of work. To continue my learning in the childcare field, I got a job with Head Start.
In the Fall of 2008, my family and I moved to the Lehigh Valley in Allentown, PA. In November of that year I started working for a church sponsored childcare in Center Valley called “Country Kids.” In the spring of 2011 I was introduced to Brookside Children’s Early Education Center where I found the most talented, caring and friendly staff. Since working, helping and educating kids are my favorite things to do. I found myself to be in love with my task at the Brookside Center. In my free time, I go for walks, love to listen to music and read.
